ADSPEER, and to whom we shall hereinafter be referred to as THE PORTAL of the One Part

YOU and to whom we shall hereinafter refer to as THE USER of the Other Part.
The official language of the Portal is English. For a more complete description of the Portal's activity, the User should please visit the English version of the Portal. Other items/information translated into languages other than English is for information purposes only and has no legal force. The Portal shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in other languages. By registering an account on the Website, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the Website, the User accepts these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
The Portal fosters seamless connections among businesses, promoters and reviewers, facilitating precise audience targeting and optimizing sales conversion for businesses. The Portal aims to revolutionize the advertising industry by providing businesses with an innovative approach to connecting with their desired audience.
The User has voluntarily expressed their intention to use the Portal without any form of coercion, ensuring their actions are free from manipulation. By accepting these terms and conditions, the User confirms that they are at least 18 years old at the time of registration. If the User have not reached the minimum age requirement, the User should please submit a written form with explicit consent from their parents to support@Adspeer.com. This will allow us to accept the User's registration and welcome User to our community. Failure to comply may result in account termination.
By creating an account on the Portal, the User is responsible for maintaining the security of their account and its content. The User is fully accountable for all activities that occur under their account, including any actions taken in connection with the content. It is prohibited to provide misleading or unlawful descriptions or keywords to the content, including those that exploit the name or reputation of others. The Portal reserves the right to modify or remove any inappropriate or unlawful descriptions or keywords that may expose the Portal to liability. The User should promptly notify the Portal of any unauthorized use of the User's account, content, or any security breaches. If the User receives any messages outside of the offical website, the User should please report such immediately at support@Adspeer.com. For enhanced security, it is advisable the User changes their password every three (3) months to minimize the risk of a security breach on their account.
The Portal reserves the right to terminate any account on the service or deny access to and use of the Website to the User if the use of the Portal has resulted in the violation of any of these terms of service, regardless of how minor. Apart from account termination, violations may lead to official warnings or temporary bans issued to the User's account. It is our intention to avoid taking such actions, so we kindly request the User to carefully consider their contributions. The site administration staff evaluates each Terms of Service violation and its consequences on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of the staff member handling the case. Each case is unique and will be treated accordingly.
The User acknowledges that engaging in spamming or using illegal information will result in the termination of their account by the Portal, with or without prior notice to the User, as deemed appropriate. The Portal reserves the right to terminate the User's account if there is clear and convincing evidence that the account is being employed for illicit purposes, in adherence to regulatory obligations imposed by law enforcement agencies for the prevention of financial crime.
The Portal does not assert or imply endorsement of every posted material, nor does it guarantee the accuracy, usefulness, or harmlessness of such material. The User is responsible for taking necessary precautions to protect themselves from any harmful or destructive content. The Portal may contain offensive, indecent, or objectionable content, as well as technical inaccuracies, typographical errors, and other mistakes. It may also include material that violates the privacy or publicity rights, or infringes upon intellectual property and other proprietary rights of third parties, or which requires adherence to additional stated or unstated terms and conditions for downloading, copying, or use. The Portal disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from the User's use of the Website or their downloading of posted content.
The Portal retains the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without prior notice to the User. The User's continued use of the Portal will be considered as an acknowledgment and agreement to the revised terms. The amended terms of service apply immediately to any account registered after its publication, regardless of whether the account holder possesses other previously registered accounts. The Portal will promptly address such notices by taking appropriate action, which may include removing the infringing material or disabling links to it. In cases where the User is determined to be a repeat infringer of the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of the Portal or others, the Portal reserves the right to terminate the User's access to the platform.
This agreement remains effective until terminated by either party. If the User wishes to terminate the agreement and request the ban or deletion of their account, they must notify the Portal through support@Adspeer.com. The termination notice must originate from the User's account and be confirmed by a message from the associated email or telephone number. Upon account deletion, the Portal will make reasonable efforts to remove the User's content from its servers, although caching or references to the content may not be immediately unavailable. The Portal reserves the right to penalize and block access to the account of any defaulting User according to its policies. Any act of spamming or use of illegal information may result in immediate termination of the User's account without notice. The Portal may terminate an account or freeze funds (resulting in penalties) without notice in the event of any action contrary to the Portal's ethics or failure to meet the Portal's code of conduct. If an account is found to have provided different information to the Portal compared to information given to any third party, the User may be deemed fraudulent. If the User fails to provide acceptable reasons for such action within 24 hours of receiving a notification from the Portal, access to the User's account will be immediately blocked.
These terms of service are an integral part of the public documents package that governs the provision of services by the Portal to the User. The User agrees to comply with all the policies outlined in the Portal's public documents for using its services. In case of disagreement, the User must immediately cease using the Portal's services.
